Work on the third and fourth stages of Šantovka Living continues as planned

The implementation of the third stage (objects C2, D2) and the fourth stage (objects C3, D3) is carried out according to the established schedule. At the moment, complete linings in all buildings are completed. All window linings are also fitted. Plastering is now carried out from the lower floors, and in buildings C2, D2 also the floor compositions. On the upper floors, residential wiring of technical equipment (wiring, sewerage, heating, water supply and ventilation) is being completed. The very envelopes of individual buildings, which are insulated, also receive contours. All substructures are completed, which must be installed before the insulation itself. These are hidden castors and guides for blinds, railings and sliding shielding screens. The construction of roofs, balconies and common terraces is also underway. There is also a bustle around the buildings themselves. We connect individual objects to engineering networks. The left-bank edge of Mlýnský potok also takes its form as you can't see. The felling trees have been cut down so that they can be followed by work on reprofiling the bank of the mill stream and creating a mallet road along the buildings. Both stages are expected to be completed in the last quarter of this year. The subsequent transfer of the apartments will then take place in the first quarter of 2025.
