REDSTONE will manage another prestigious property: the Flora commercial and administrative center in Prague

We are the proud property managers of the Max Realitní fund, which aims to become one of the largest real estate funds in the Czech Republic. We manage Galerie Šantovka, Myslbek, Palác Pardubice, and Envelopa Office Center on a daily basis for the fund. We are delighted to announce a new addition to our management portfolio!

And not just any addition. The Flora commercial and administrative center is a popular and sought-after destination in the area between Vršovice, Vinohrady, and Žižkov: approximately 20,000 m² of retail space, approximately 17,600 m² of modern office space, approx. 130 shops, an attractive food court on the top floor, strategic connection to the metro station of the same name, 734 parking spaces, and an IMAX, the only cinema of its kind in the Czech Republic and one of the few in Central Europe.

We are looking forward to this new challenge.
