The most important and visited business and social centre in Central Moravia, Galerie Šantovka Olomouc, has received a new centre manager. It was headed by Michaela Smrčková, an experienced manager who has been involved in the management of various business centers throughout her professional career. On the captain's bridge Šantovka replaced Michaela Mitáčková.
“I spent my entire professional career managing shopping centers, where I had the opportunity to work on various projects aimed at optimizing operations, improving customer experience and building strong relationships with tenants,” says Michaela Smrčková.
He has been working in the field, whether it was missions for major players in the retail real estate field such as ORCOCPI and DRFG, or assignments for some smaller administrations, for more than twenty years. In recent years she has even worked as a centre manager for two Olomouc shopping centres - HANÁ Olomouc and Olomouc CITY.
“Now I am happy to assume the role of centre manager of Galerie Šantovka and look forward to new challenges, cooperation with all tenants, partners and the whole team of both Galerie Šantovka and colleagues from REDSTONE. I would like to build on the gallery's achievements so far, look for new opportunities for growth and ensure that customers are always happy to come back to us,” says the new head of Galerie Šantovka. As she adds, the experience has convinced her that the success of the shopping center rests mainly on good teamwork and open communication.
