Most of the apartments in Šantovka Living are almost finished, fieldwork continues

The first part of the prestigious residential project Šantovka Living is nearing its final state. There are already almost finished apartments in four completed houses, and construction work is moving to common spaces.We are working on buildings C2, D2, C3 and D3. In the individual apartments of buildings C2 and D2, we are now finalizing the plastering and flooring and the work will then be moved to the common areas. In a similar state there is now a pair of buildings C3 and D3, in which we are finishing the last two floors. In buildings C2 and D2 we have also completed the last substructures for railings and sliding screens, we are preparing insulation for the application of screed mass and also reinforcing glass mesh.As part of the technical infrastructure, we have connected all the buildings to the water supply and sewage and storm sewers. In addition to the buildings themselves, we also carry out other works around the houses on the waterfront Mill Creek. We have completed the reprofiling of the bank edge with stone reinforcement and can begin construction of a mallet road along the embankment that will connect the completed stages to new sections of the entire space.
