Envelopa Office Center has received other major awards. Modern office space is the headquarters of progressive companies a year after opening.

The Envelopa Office Center office building won the prestigious Estate Awards in the category of the best commercial office project of 2022. The expert jury selects the best development projects on the domestic scene during the competition period. The Olomouc office space, which breathes fresh design, won its first prestigious award in the Best of Realty competition a year ago. The modern building has become a sought-after business destination, with many promising and dynamically growing companies operating.The Envelopa Office Center (EOC) project, which participated in the competition in the presence of tough competition during Wednesday's gala in the Gabriel Loci Monastery in Prague, was ranked second overall behind the DOCK in Five project of CRESTYL Real Estate. “The EOC project represents a significant benefit for Olomouc and the whole region, increasing the value of the site and the local office market. Part of the building is a coworking center of shared offices, which is unique in Olomouc. Connectivity to the nearby university campus and good public transport accessibility are also an advantage. The building works interestingly with digital technologies and tries to minimize its carbon footprint with its overall solution,” reads the jury's assessment of the competition. “We are very pleased that our projects are receiving significant awards. It is not only a confirmation of the quality of our work, but also a significant boost for Olomouc. The project of modern office space pushes the quality bar in Central Moravia a notch higher, thanks to this, promising companies are moving to the office center and bringing interesting job opportunities to the region,” says Richard Morávek, founder of REDSTONE Group. At Envelopa Office Center, the technology company Hella, which is part of the multinational company Forvia - the seventh largest supplier of components in the automotive industry in the world, found its own. Or the globally successful Brno software company Kontent.ai, which has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years, mainly in Western Europe and the USA. The entire floor was rented here by Banka Creditas, which located a back office and a mortgage center. The building is also home to international law, tax and consulting firm Arrows, construction and demolition firm Smětal Silack and, of course, the development group Redstone. This year the District Chamber of Commerce also found its headquarters here. Retail is represented here, for example, by Endorphin Republic, which offers quality sports equipment. The atrium houses the popular bistro of Michelin chef Roman Paulus.Multifunctionality, combining offices with quality gastronomy, retail and services, was the main goal with which the project was prepared under the direction of architect Václav Hlaváček from Studia acht. The construction takes into account the latest trends in office buildings, with an emphasis on flexibility and variability of spaces. In addition to offices, it is easy to meet the requirements for the location of other facilities, such as laboratories, studios, offices or contact centers.Estate Awards The Estate Awards is a transparent competition in the field of development with a clear objective: to contribute to the cultivation of the market and thus contribute to its further growth. The transparency of the competition consists in 100% openness, with the final evaluation of the awarded buildings being published. The Estate Awards competition recognizes development projects that meet the criteria for their entry: the project is located on the territory of the Czech Republic and its approval or major renovation took place on a predetermined date (November — November).
