Šantovka Living project won the competition for the best residential project in Central and Eastern Europe

The gala of the prestigious international development awards HOF AWARDS 2023 took place at the Fitzgerald Hotel in Prague on Wednesday 26 April. In the competition for the best residential project in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in a tough international competition Olomouc project won the Olomouc project Shantovka Living of the Redstone development group of entrepreneur Richard Morávko. After that, ambitious projects from Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest and Łódź ended. Exclusive Prizes Best of the Best Hall of Fame Awards is the culmination of a series of individual national CIJ Awards. Project Shantovka Living earned the title residential project of the year in the Czech Republic as part of the CIJ Awards in 2022. The award was taken over by CEO/Editor of CIJ Magazine Robert Fletcher, Chief Commercial Officer of Redstone Group Jan Lukáš. In the top international competition, winning projects and companies from Central and Eastern Europe compete against each other to determine which project is truly the best of the best. This year, projects from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Serbia competed in several categories. The innovative and transparent evaluation system combined the votes of leading real estate specialists in a thirty-three-member international jury with the votes of selected readers of the magazine CIJ from all over the examined region.In the narrowest selection, the Olomouc project competed with competing projects Grand Corvin 2nd - VIII District CORDIA (Budapest, Hungary) Fuzya II Echo Investment (Łódź, Poland), Apartments Elektrownia by Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate (Warsaw, Poland); and H Pipera Lake - phase I company Hagag Development Europe (Bucharest, Romania). Organizer of the competition magazine Construction and Investment Journal — CIJ (part of the RPMG Group) was founded in 1995 and provides English-language digital news coverage of the development and real estate industries in Central and Eastern Europe, the EU, the UK and the USA. The National CIJ Awards have the longest tradition among competitions evaluating commercial real estate in the Czech Republic. For 23 years, he has been trying to judge development projects according to the latest trends in local, regional and international real estate markets.
