In 2023, the project won the prestigious Best of Realty development competition. The expansion of the centre by linking it with the former Prior's building was appreciated. During the reconstruction of the historic building in the style of architectural brutalism, the requirements of conservationists to preserve its external appearance were fulfilled, but the interior spaces fully correspond to the current trends and requirements in the field of retail. The Pardubice Palace opened in November 2008 and celebrated its fifteenth anniversary of successful operation in 2023. Our asset management center portfolio expanded in 2023.
