The core of REDSTONE consists of dozens of individuals. We are carefully structured into leadership and key teams. People are not resources, but the greatest value.
Everyone is in the best place according to skills. At the same time, we create a cohesive collective with a family atmosphere.
Visionary, experts
and specialists
The founder of the company is the Olomouc entrepreneur and visionary Richard Morák. Under his leadership, we work as a team with a family atmosphere. We approach projects in the same way as each other: individually and with respect. Major foreign exchange REDSTONE There are people in expert positions.
Colleagues on the team speak of you as the visionary and the main engine of the REDSTONE Group. What motivates you and drives you forward?
Above all, the desire for quality. I believe that there is no reason why we should not compare ourselves with the best that is created in development not only in our country, but also in the world. That's why I like to take inspiration from dynamically developing places, international and regional metropolises. With our team, we follow the latest trends and try to always add our own, original deposit to them. This is the way for our projects to become “lovebrands” and places that win the hearts of customers and have a destination dimension.

The engine also needs to be turned off occasionally. How do you recharge flashlights?
I am charged by nature, short weekend walks as well as longer ones with a portion of physical load. Therefore, I like to walk not only in the forest or in the park. But sometimes a person needs a more pronounced “reset”, clearing the head, putting thoughts in order. The pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago (Camino de Santiago) to Santiago de Compostela meant a lot to me. In recent years I have also been involved in yoga and meditation, compensating for the fatigue of the stress of civilization by visiting places outside it, such as isolated tribes in the Amazon.
The leader of the investment and development group probably doesn't have much free time... do you have room for any hobbies?
I'm lucky enough that my biggest hobby is work alone. But I can't imagine life without music of various genres. I don't just listen to it in the car as a relaxation, I like live music the most and that's why I like and often go to concerts of top performers and groups. In recent years, I have made a dream come true and have been able to experience concerts by my favorite artists such as Bruce Dickinson and David Gilmour. I love wine and I dare say I already know something about it years ago. I consider wine to be an important part of human culture, and I like to talk about it at tastings with people who have a similar relationship with it. Our winery in France is therefore a dream come true for me, and I want to fulfill the next one soon by passing the prestigious Master of Burgundy Wine exam. I also love to cook and it makes me very happy when the company for which I prepare my favorite recipes is satisfied. I have one more hobby that is related to work. I like to count off the top of my head, and I'm usually faster than my colleagues with a calculator (laughs).

Life falls. Where do you see the REDSTONE group in 10 years?
It will have a firm place among the top investment-development groups in the country. Brand will enter the public consciousness and people will associate it with attributes such as quality, prosperity, seriousness, progressiveness and responsibility. And above all: those who choose our projects as places where they want to live, work and spend their leisure time will be satisfied with their choice and perceive them as an environment that creates the conditions for their quality of life.
