The signing of binding contracts concluded the negotiations of the Max Realitní fund representatives with the current owners of two premium commercial properties in Prague - Myslbek and Flory. On a daily basis, the REDSTONE Group will take care of the real estate fund. “We want to further develop, improve and make both properties even more attractive for customers and tenants. We look forward to new challenges.” says Richard Morávek, founder of REDSTONE and one of the founders of the Max Realty Fund.
Shopping gallery and administrative center Myslbek is an original building in a unique location in the location of the Golden Cross in Prague. It connects Prague's commercial “high street”, Na Příkopě Street, with the Fruit Market. It offers 16,940 m² of rental office space and 7,736 m² of retail space. Completed in 1996, the building comprises a total of seven above-ground and four underground floors and provides 326 parking spaces for drivers. As with our other properties, we are ready to improve the building and the offer in it, respecting the original architecture, for example, to revive its interiors, to complement and make the portfolio of tenants more attractive. We are considering creating a stylish and destination gastronomic zone here,” explains Richard Morák.
Flora Business and Administration Center is a popular and sought-after shopping center with a wide community of loyal customers in the area between Vinohrady, Vršovice and Žižkov. In addition to shops and offices, Flora also boasts an IMAX cinema, the only one in the Czech Republic and one of the few in Central Europe. “We want to keep up with the development of the site, in which the construction of large residential projects is being prepared. Our goal is not only to maintain the Flora Center, but to further develop and systematically improve the level and offer of shops and services.” summarizes the intentions of Richard Morák.
