Šantovka Living: four more houses coming to the final

Šantovka Living residential complex continues to grow successfully. Only a few steps separate the owners of apartments in houses C2 and D2 from moving in. We have been approved and both houses already have assigned and descriptive numbers. Therefore, after the completion of the last mandatory actions, including the change of the owner's declaration, nothing will prevent the owners of new apartments from being able to start moving.

At the same time, objects C3 and D3 are also fast approaching completion. Finishing work was underway during October and November. The housewarming tour is scheduled for the end of the month.

The other side of the campus is also busy. The construction of buildings A3 and A4 on the banks of the Morava river continues according to plan, under the A4 building we currently have a finished foundation concrete and we are reinforcing the foundation slab. Construction work is progressing on deadline.
