The Senatorium is successfully growing. Working on the second floor

The building of a private sanatorium has been growing since the beginning of the year in a strategic location near the campus of the Olomouc University Hospital. With this medical facility called Senatorium, we want to ensure the missing capacities for long-term nursing care for Olomouc. Construction continues successfully and should be finished in April next year. In recent weeks, we managed to complete the concrete work of the ceiling structure above the first floor and prepare the formwork for the vertical structures of the II floor. This will be followed by concrete work on the second floor, the dismantling of the ceiling formwork on the first floor and from the vertical structure of the second floor, the next planned step is to focus the window and door penetrations. We plan to install the formwork of the ceiling structure above the second floor and concreting the ceiling. We also carry out construction work in the immediate vicinity of the building. In the near future, we will fill with earth around the structure to a uniform height, that is, approximately to the level of the upper edge of the ceiling structure of the first underground floor. In addition, we are preparing excavation works for utilities, installation of water and hot water pipe connections, including connection to the water pipe.The construction is proceeding without complications according to the plans, therefore we expect to meet the promised completion date in April 2025.The new medical facility, which is being built by the Redstone Group, will offer about 120 beds for patients in convalescence, after operations, injuries and severe illnesses. Once completed, it will significantly expand the necessary capacities of this type of health care in Olomouc. The operator will be Senatorium Olomouc a.s. from the PHF Senatorium a.s. Group, which has many years of experience in providing this type of care and has a high-quality professional background.
