Construction of a third hall has already begun in East Park, and a fourth one is about to be built

We are preparing the East Park Olomouc logistics center for the arrival of the first tenants and at the same time we are already gradually starting the construction of the third and fourth halls. Over the next few weeks, further construction activities will take place on the premises. In one of the first two finished halls, prepared in shell & core form, the construction of a rental unit for Still is now underway. We have already completed the load-bearing structure and continue with the work on plasterboard structures and other interior technologies. At the same time, we have completed the pile-laying of hall B and subsequently the construction of hall A will begin in its neighborhood. During March, we will start the construction of the load-bearing structure of hall B.
