Intensive work in the interiors and on the facades is currently underway in the building of the future Senatorium, a facility for long-term medical care. Construction currently has about two-thirds of the volume of all work completed, and should be ready for trial operation by the end of April. The long-awaited building grows on an area between Rošický and Okružní streets.
Work continues on the first underground floor, and in recent weeks we have completed the backbone wiring of electricity, ventilation, water and sewerage. For the near future, we plan to complete the blockages, the installation of electro switchboards and the connection of electrical circuits in the low-voltage substation. On the same floor, everything is already ready for the construction completion of the premises of the garage, utility rooms, storage room, transfer room. We also finalize the installation of the hot water transfer station, including the technology.
On the first floor there are already ready-made electrical, central heating, air conditioning, water and sewerage systems, we created plasterboard covers and made repainting, paving and tiling. For the next period, we plan the installation of end elements of medical technology, the laying of PVC floors, the installation of door frames including doors and the installation of lights.
On the second, third and fourth floors, the installation of electrical wiring, water and sewerage, central heating, ventilation and installation of plugs and plasterboard covers is approaching the final stage. These floors will be followed by painting, tiling and laying tiles.
On the fifth floor we completed the one-sided hatch and also the installation of electrical wiring. For the coming weeks, we plan to carry out concrete work in the composition of the floors, the finalization of the distribution of ventilation, central heating, water and sewerage. In parallel, here we are going to mount units for air handling.
In the highest level of the structure, the roof sheathing was successfully completed. For the next period, we plan to assemble the structure for photovoltaics and the installation of PV panels.
The earthworks for the technical infrastructure are finished, we are also planning the completion of the facade and terrace. In the following period, we carry out retaining walls, a taxiway ramp, backfills around the building and finish the paved areas.
