The modern Envelopa Office Center (EOC) administrative building on the Cosmonaut Classroom meets stringent sustainability standards. This makes it an ideal place for dynamically growing companies for whom a responsible approach to business is important. This is precisely the case with ARDON, which is one of the leading Central European manufacturers of workwear, protective and work footwear and personal protective equipment. The company is extremely pleased with the outcome of its new headquarters at EOC.
The Cosmonaut class complex is classified as energy intensive class B, which means high energy efficiency, which contributes to the comfort of the tenants as well as the sustainable operation of the building. “The emphasis on environmental friendliness has been essential for us since the beginning of the office building project, since during the construction we used environmentally friendly and health-friendly materials. We placed charging stations for electric vehicles in underground garages and offered tenants the opportunity to use a shared electric car. In the parterre, we planted greenery to minimize the heat island effect. There are a lot of sustainable features, and we are pleased that our approach appeals to progressive companies like ARDON.” says Jan Lukáš, Sales Director of REDSTONE REAL ESTATE Group.
ARDON, which has placed its sales, graphics, accounting and purchasing departments in the building, is based on a responsible approach to the environment as part of its ESG strategy. The very interior of their offices has been created not only with the utmost sense of design, but also with an ecological footprint and an emphasis on inspiring work environment.
Design-tuned interior spaces, which were created at the design of TOKA, decorated with a presentable reception and a mirrored hallway. The Organic Modern style brings a fresh atmosphere to the interiors and positive energy for employees and business visitors. Boasting luxurious meeting rooms, which symbolize an oasis of nature in the middle of the city, double acoustic glass partitions along with the outlines of tree trunks create an undisturbed place for internal work meetings and online meetings. Authentic surfaces of natural materials and an abundance of greenery including climbing ivy were used everywhere. The premises also include a photo studio, the interior of which is decorated with designer wallpaper and round lamps made of matte opal glass suspended above the work tables, combined with lamps of various sizes made of paper fiber woven into a rope. The space is equipped with a photo scene almost six and a half meters long with a transition arch between the floor and the wall.
“We wish ARDON full of success to find a pleasant environment for its work in the Envelopa Office Center and continue to be successful in its business goals,” concludes Jan Lukáš.
