The logistics and storage center is being created in stages on the eastern outskirts of the city of Olomouc near the village of Bystrovany. It offers top-class facilities for companies and, thanks to the proximity of the motorway, first-class transport connections.
The spatial flexibility of the project will satisfy those interested in smaller acreages as well as a large leased area.

Logistic capacity with corporate background
Seven separate halls with production or storage facilities and a supply yard will gradually grow in the locality, and there will be office space in the buildings. The first two halls C and D are completed and the first tenants are moving in. These include the company STILL ČR, forklift manufacturer. At the beginning of 2024, we started construction of other two halls A and B, which are expected to be completed by the end of this year.
