The centerpiece of the project will be the square, a public space for organizing various events throughout the year - concerts, public skating, street food events, fresh markets, etc. The open facades of the buildings will invite you to the unique main covered street with the possibility of year-round operation. The development is sensitively connected to the bed of Mlýnský potok, on the banks of which it creates a lively embankment allowing people access to water. Part of the project with stylish restaurants will contribute to the expansion of the offer of quality gastronomy in Olomouc. The project will enrich the offer of shops and services in the territory with other attractive units. The cultural and social dimension of the project will be brought by a multifunctional hall that will offer spaces for theatre, musicals, concerts, conferences, exhibitions and social events. The leisure offer will be provided by an entertainment zone for all ages with a variety of attractions.
