OLOMOUC, 19 December 2024: Its founder, Richard Morávek, has returned to the head of the Redstone development and investment group. Since the beginning of this year, the company has been led by Romana Benešová, who was tasked with preparing the group to fulfill its strategic vision of development. She completed the mission by successfully completing key steps, mainly focused on strengthening the internal management processes and development of the MAX Realitní real estate fund.
“During Romana Benešová's tenure, she managed to realize the set goals, which mainly included preparing the group for growth, expanding its scope to other regions and developing a new real estate fund project and the associated need to strengthen key management processes. Mrs. Benešová brought professional experience from prestigious Czech and international companies, which is a major contribution to our further development,” ushered Richard Morák, founder of the Redstone Groupthat now returns to executive management. The reorganization of personnel structures represents another step in the implementation of the company's long-term strategy, which focuses on the development of innovative and high-quality development projects, especially in the Czech regions and regional cities, but new acquisitions are also planned in Prague.
