Near the main campus of Palacký University and at the same time within easy reach of the historical center of Olomouc and the city parks, we are preparing a project of an above-standard student residence. It will offer future residents living in a quiet environment full of greenery with a walk-through courtyard and a capacity underground car park. All necessary services are counted on the ground floor of the buildings. The advantage of the project is also the passage of the entire site closed so far and the inclusion of one of the elements of the historic city fortification. We are currently fine-tuning the technical details and the project documentation will be discussed in the coming months.
