(Olomouc, 10 January 2024) The East Park Olomouc project, which offers flexible logistics halls near the D35 motorway, is nearing the stage when they will be finally ready to take over the first two buildings C and D. One of the companies that will find facilities here from the middle of the year is the renowned brand STILL ČR, which will offer not only new and refurbished handling equipment, but will also have it there a showroom of automated solutions, a service center and a rental center with a wide range of handling trucks of all types.
“STILL is a leader in the development and production of high quality industrial trucks and intralogistics solutions. We are very glad that she found her background with us. The rental of the premises was secured by 108 Real Estate: “For STILL, we chose the warehouse space in the East Park project in Olomouc due to its convenient location near a key thoroughfare and significant visibility from the main road. A total of seven buildings will be created in East Park Olomouc. The developer will begin construction of two more halls early this year. These will together comprise 16,500 m² of space. Thanks to their flexibility, they can serve both production and storage needs as well as showrooms, laboratories or office operations.
