Pernerka Gallery has a building permit

Obtaining a valid building permit is a crucial step for the project of the Pernerka Gallery business and social center in Pardubice. The construction of a new district, which is to bring to Pardubice a business center with prestigious brands, offices of the highest standard, a high-end hotel, a multi-cinema or a hall for a thousand guests, has come close. The project is being prepared by the Olomouc development group Redstone in a strategic location close to the main railway station. The Pernerka Gallery will grow on an area of 28,500 square meters on the site of the former Hobé distillery. Since 2019, when the demolition of the canceled distillery began, this advantageous location is waiting for a new use that will bring significant improvements to Pardubice in several segments. “Our intention is that once completed, this place will bring a whole new quality to Pardubice. As a result, it will vibrate with life and become a popular center for locals and tourists,” says Richard Morávek, founder of the Redstone Group. At the end of last year, the project received a zoning decision, and now it already has a valid building permit. Thanks to this, the company can already start preparing construction next year. Thus, the next step should be the selection of a construction contractor.Upon completion, the center will offer up to 50 thousand square meters of area. The content will include both classic retail for business units of well-known brands, as well as premises for doctors' offices, wellness services, jump arena, children's zone, restaurants, as well as a multi-cinema with seven halls. A parking lot with a capacity of 1100 places is to be part of the complex. A new four-star hotel will also be a significant contribution to Pardubice as a tourist and congress destination. The facilities of the prestigious international chain AC Hotels by Marriott will offer 150 rooms and a state-of-the-art convention center with a function room. Also, these services are still absent from the regional offer, thus pushing it to a qualitatively higher level.
