(Olomouc, 17.6.2024) REDSTONE Group is completing the construction of the fourth phase of the Šantovka Living residential project, where only the last four apartments are now vacant. Therefore, for great interest, the developer is launching sales these days another, in the order of the fifth stage. It includes two buildings A3 and A4 with a total capacity of 48 apartments with layouts 2kk, 3kk and 4kk. The start of construction is planned for this summer and completion in the fall of 2025, the transfer of apartments will take place in the 1st quarter of 2026.
“The interest in Šantovka Living residential apartments is enormous. The fifth stage was launched only three days ago and already around half of its capacity is pre-booked. We are very pleased about it. The whole project also receives clearer contours thanks to the fifth stage. The apartments in the buildings located on the left bank of the Mlýnský brook are almost finished and now we will start building and selling apartments also on the banks of the Morava river. The site will close slowly and create a courtyard.” says Petr Hlávka, spokesman for REDSTONE Group.
