REDSTONE Group has published financial data from the consolidated financial statements of the parent company REDSTONE REAL ESTATE, a.s. for last year. In 2022, the development company significantly increased its fixed assets, the value of which increased by almost CZK 1.2 billion. Its consolidated profit before tax is CZK 273.9 million. A significant part of the positive result is the implementation of own investment projects. The Group is growing dynamically and is preparing a number of new business activities.
The Group's total assets for 2022 amount to CZK 5.2 billion. Their value increased significantly year-on-year (see chart). The Group's equity was around CZK 1.4 billion.
2022 was marked by intense construction work. In the location between Olomouc and Bystrovany, the development group started the construction of the first halls of the East Park Olomouc production and logistics complex. She also managed the construction of the residential complex Šantovka Living, which offers first-class housing in the centre of Olomouc. The project, the first stage of which is already completed and the other two in an advanced stage of implementation, has already received a number of prestigious awards. The biggest success is international awards HOF AWARDS 2023 for the best residential project in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
The Envelopa Office Center, which Redstone manages through its subsidiary, also received another major award — this time as part of the Estate Awards. Last year, a number of successful and progressive firms found a background in these modern offices. Serviced offices of FreeWork were also opened. The administration complex on the Cosmonaut class successfully acquires a reputation of attractive business destinations.
The developer also continued to clean the area of the former brownfield near Velkomoravská Street, where by the end of the year most of the buildings of the former barracks had disappeared. In parallel with the demolitions, work was also underway to create an urban planning study, which proposes the future subdivision of the territory.
The group was also preparing new projects. It intensively fine-tuned the last details of the Pernerka Gallery in Pardubice and the extension of the existing shopping center Galerie Šantovka in Olomouc, the shape of which the developer is planning to introduce in the near future. The Redstone Group has also entered into a cooperation agreement with the prestigious international hotel chain Marriott. The common goal is to open four-star hotels of AC Hotels by Marriott brand in Pardubice and Olomouc, on the basis of a franchise agreement, which is not yet represented in the Czech Republic.
