The Kašparov residential project is planned on an area of 13,500 square meters in an attractive location in close proximity to football, swimming, the existing winter stadium and large city parks. The location in the immediate vicinity offers full civic amenities and a short walking distance to the city center. The visual form of the project was created by renowned architect Vít Máslo, who imprinted on it an original design that emphasizes the exclusive character of residential housing.

The type of development is prepared in the project part in variants of four-storey villa houses with private terraces on the upper floors and gardens on the lower floors. The surrounding area will consist of greenery with park treatment, which will leave the entire territory open to passages, but still preserve the intimacy of the living and full privacy of its users.
