Château ESCOT

keep going

The vineyard estate, with its historic château and accompanying technical buildings, is located on the left bank of the Gironde River in the renowned French wine region of Bordeaux. The vineyards produce wine in the Cru Bourgeois Supérieur classification. In the autumn of 2023, we started the reconstruction of the production part with the construction of new technical facilities with modern technologies. In 2024, a complete reconstruction of the castle building and the adjacent park began. The reconstruction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Wine jewel of Bordeaux

An integral part of the project is the sensitive restoration of vineyards, for which we have hired leading oenologists. The investment aims to fulfill the visions and resolutions of the owners who want to open the gates of the winery to the public and wine tourism and increase the prestige of the town's location Reading parre. The modernization plans are synchronized in time with the launch of a reclassification under Cru Bourgeois, which will newly take into account aspects of ecological sustainability. The reclassification to the upper class was successfully completed in February 2025. Newly, Chateau Escot Cru Bourgeois boasts a higher class of Cru Bourgeois Supérieur. We continue to work towards achieving the highest classification of Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel by 2030.
